today was an awesome possum day!
not because anything exciting happened, but because it was such a wonderfully productive day. heh.

9pm mugging sessions are wonderful the view of the sunset from the library is really pretty and at night everything just seems so peaceful and nice (:
from the library, all the little car headlights and traffic lights and lights from the surrounding buildings look really bright and twinkly in the darkness. (:

i don't think i've ever done so much work in one sitting before.

what is it about the night that intensifies feelings and emotions?

somehow as the harsh afternoon light softens and darkness falls, it blankets out the heat and noise and raucousness of day.
all the daytime distractions are removed; There are no longer any hassles and hurries, nothing to complete, no more mindless chatter and laughter, and all that's left is you, yourself and your thoughts.

i'm not being emo or anything, just a thought that struck me after a conversation.

tonight was the night that was weird and magical.
